All Kimurawear® products carry a 60 day guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If you experience an issue within this time period please contact customerservice@Kimurawear.com. All defective products outside this time period are reviewed by our customer service department on a individual case. Kimurawear® reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for future inspection, by our manufacturing department.
Returns or Exchanges:
All new merchandise (not washed, worn, altered), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for cost incurred for returning product and, for exchanges, once Kimurawear® receives the returned merchandise the exchange will be shipped to you. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Kimurawear® Please email customerservice@Kimurawear.com If you purchased your Kimurawear®products from a third party retailer, please contact them for any returns or exchanges.
Todays Heroes Inc. - Kimurawear®. will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) through our websites unless you have personally provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it.

In the event that a Kimurawear® product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kimurawear®reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kimurawear®reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kimurawear® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Todays Heroes Inc. Kimurawear® Division without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Kimurawear® Division its officers, directors, employees, agents, licencors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
