Training Pads are a basic, but essential piece of training gear for most martial arts as well as some fitness programs. Different training pads are meant for different forms of training or exercise. Focus pads are mainly for working punches, while thai pads and kick shields are able to stand up to the powerful kicks of muay thai. Belly pads are used for trainers and help develop body shots and push kicks.
